This is a technical question as opposed to a health-related question.
Has anyone been successful in reinstating their profile on this forum?
The other day, I wasn't able to log in to HealthUnlocked (HU) and despite requesting on multiple occasions, wasn't receiving any password recovery emails from HU.
So, i set up a new profile not realising that it would over-ride my existing profile.
My old profile was Amrob, my new profile is Amrob123.
I'd like to reinstate my old profile as all my old posts, replies etc are showing as "hidden".
I have sent a request to HU but haven't heard back.
Is anyone able to help?

I am sorry to hear this. The HU tech team did conduct a routine site maintenance on 2 May. Did your problems start after this? You have done the right thing to reach out to HU as unfortunately I cannot help with this. The email address is support@healthunlocked.com
I hope they get back to you soon and are able to reinstate you with your old username. It being a bank holiday here may well delay their response back to you.
Thanks for your reply Kaarina. Yes, the problems did start after 2 May. I'll just wait to hear back from HU and will contact them again if i don't receive a reply. Thanks again 😊
