I’m probably a bit thick but I know nothing about cannabis oil or gummies !! Never heard of them! Are they legal in the Uk?
Are thus using good? I use pregabalin and codeine can cannabis be used in conjunction with these drugs are they any benefits? Would they react with blood thinner? Ie Apixaban? Would a gp recommend using cannabis? Sorry about asking all these silly questions but I suffer terrible with rls and willing to try anything over the years I’ve tried all sorts of quacks remedies and paid a fortune seeing quack professionals so called!! One gets willing to try anything especially walking the bedroom floor every night trying to get relief
Sorry for the rant 😪😃😃

Medical cannabis has been legal in the UK since 2019. It is only available from specialist private clinics. Consultation cost is around £50 & appointments are via Zoom. No NHS treatment.I haven't yet seen gummies offered by any UK clinics. They offer cannabis flower for vaping or different strengths and types of oil to take orally as directed. It costs around £2 to £3 a day.
If pregabalin and codeine are not covering your RLS, I doubt cannabis would help much. I find it helps knock me into a deep sleep for 3 or 4 hours, but any untreated RLS breaks through after that time.
You might be better discussing a different treatment with your GP. If pregabalin and codeine aren't helping, you have refractory RLS. The Mayo algorithm would show you should now be trying low dose opioids ( stronger than the codeine you're currently taking).
