Can the combo of ACETYLCYSTEINE-150MG + TAURINE-500MG help to sleep? Any experiences?

I was looking for taurine for sleep at local chemist shop but right now it's available only in combination with acetylcysteine. Is that ok to try for sleep without aggravating RLS?

Sorry I've no experience of these things. However my doctor prescribes Zopiclone (a sleeping tablet) for when my RLS is so bad that I get no sleep at all in the night. The Zopiclone does give me a night of sleep but the doctor only gives me 7 tablets and that is for occasional/emergency use.

Do u hv any idea if it is more/less effective than zolpidem (how it compares in general)? If zolpidem has stopped working , can zopiclone be tried instead?

Taurine is widely available form most vitamin shops and on Amazon. I don't understand why it would be paired with acetylcysteine - that's for breathing issues (mucus dissolving). acetylcysteine.com/
