Well I have got up half hour ago and finding myself wandering to that place where I so feel I want to be today - I used to let out my dogs and sit out there for first cig while kettle boiled - well today I was late up (just feeling so so tired last couple of days) showered - let dogs out emptied dishwasher but feel much like I am missing something - time to write to you all (distraction) - I think the tiredness is not helping and last couple of days have bleeding gums (had this before) - well time to make that coffee and battle on with the day ahead 💪😀😜🤗

Hi Shaz,I know just what you mean.I went through something like that. I found changing my routine to be helpful. Instead of sitting with the dogs waiting for the kettle why don't you try throwing some clothes on and whizzing the dogs round the block! You can have coffee/tea when you get back.
Morning Shaz - my morning same too - I usually come straight on here to see what the overnight activity has been 😉 that helps straight away 👌lets all have a victorious day! X
As tubbs says Shaz, change your routine...... I know its easier said than done, but it will get better as time goes on.... I found that changing my tea to decaf tea helped with my sleep problem, and decaf tastes the same as ordinary tea. 😀 X
