Does the PSPA have any charity shops?

Wouldn't that be a good way to raise both awareness and funds? Just a thought! ;-)

Hi Kathy.

Thanks for your question. We don't have shops as we are not big enough for them to be a viable option as they cost a lot to operate and the funds raised would be minimal against running costs.

We do have a small range of stock available from the online shop at the PSPA website and always have a good selection of Christmas Cards from September onwards.

We are currently looking at extending the range of items available at the online shops and would welcome suggestions as to what supporters would like to see on sale.

Many thanks

What about street bucket collections?

I recently did one for RSPB outside Asda's.

It would be a way to spread awareness.

If anyone would like to take part in fund and awareness raising PSPA would be delighted to provide guidance and the where possible the materials and support to help. We have just produced a new guide to fundraising. For a copy please email Helen.porter@pspeur.org

If you have a local Waitrose pop in and pick up a Community Matters forms and nominate PSPA as one of the 3 charities to benefit from the monthly in store initiative where shoppers receive a token that they then place in perspex collection boxes as they leave the store.

A great way to raise funds and awareness!
