Met with urologist today. PSA undetectable.

Doc is putting me on super trimix. Anyone had an experience with this? I need something stronger than regular trimix.

Does it have a higher percent of alprostadil?

I have tried Trimix. Wasn't effective. They tried a couple of different mixtures and nothing worked. They realized a had "veiny leak". Lost cause for me but apparently there are different formulations that may work for you.

I have used Trimix for the past 3 years. Works great for me. I am on a 30-2-20 formulation. Usually take effect within 10 minutes from the injection.

Doc also is thinking of putting me back on androgel for low T. I was on it before my PC diagnosis...

Used trimix for about a year after surgery was great in beginning but became painful as I had to up to maximum dose because of no libido through Adt. But was great when I had testosterone and only needed low dose
