Do not use Lupron if you have any kind of heart condition. I have a replaced Mitral Valve and was on the Lupron shots every three months for 18 months.
Every time I would get a Lupron shot, I could feel it hit my body within 20 minutes with flu like conditions... very tired.
When I had my Luron shot at the 15th month, I had a regular scheduled doctor's visit with my cardiologist. where he took and echocardiogram. My heart was pumping blood at a rate of 43% with each heat beat. I should have been in the low 90's ...fyi: Heart failure is determined if it goes down to $41%.
I was having major problems waling up steps because the blood flow was not reaching my leg muscles - I had to grab ahold of the stair handrail and pull myself up each step.
When I stopped the Lupron, my heart returned to normal.
