Effect of Baseline T on T-Recovery Time

Here's a plot of % of Men who recover their baseline testosterone after stopping ADT (Lupron), as a function of ADT duration for two different groups: (A) men who had a normal baseline testosterone (red line), and (B) men who had a low baseline testosterone (green line).

Increasing the duration of ADT increases the T-recovery time, in general.

However, men with a low baseline testosterone had a factor of 2 lower % of T-recovery than men who had a normal baseline testosterone, which makes sense because low-baseline-men naturally produce lower amounts of testosterone (perhaps they are older, too).

Thanks to Tall_Allen for the data and reference!
