Does exercise help with slowing progression of intermediate risk pc after treatment.Any studies?

Everything helps with everything. The more the better. Especially if intense and focused, as noted.

Seems to help some with SE of ADT. As mentioned High Intensity Interval Training seems to have more impact. Although many are at an age or physical condition that that is not feasible to start with. If you are currently not active I suggest you start slow and work up to HIIT and resistance training.

one of the other benefits of establishing a exercise program is the increased ability to handle the increased SE of latter treatments. Stamina increase is critical the more treatment you need.

Exercising makes you generally healthier. Being healthier augments the odds of surviving longer. On the flip side, not exercising leads to sickness. Sicker people have worse odds of surviving than healthier people.

Survival aside, there is also the QOL (quality of life) to consider. The cancer treatments can rapidly make you feel horrible. Like many here already responded, regular exercise is a good way to make the side effects of treatment more tolerable. Best of luck to you.
