My husband had his first Degarelix injection last week. I have been reading that men who get ADT have an increased risk of diabetes. Just wondering because he had a blood test today, and his glucose was high. Diabetes runs in his family as his father, brother and sisters all had/have diabetes. Both father and brother passed from complications of diabetes so now an additional worry to think of. Has anyone developed diabetes after starting Degarelix?
