I was wondering if any you living in New Mexico have an MO recommendation in the Albuquerque or Santa Fe area. Tho I live about 20 miles north of Santa Fe, I would be willing to travel to the Albuquerque area for a doc that specializes in Prostate Cancer.

There is a doctor at UNM who is good at prostate cancer. Her name is Dr Jude Khatib. Locally she is one of the best that we have found recently. UNM is going to start administering pluvicto, which is relatively new.
You also might want to check out the NM Cancer Center. I am not as knowledgeable about them, but they seem to have some interesting stuff going on and they had pluvicto before UNM.
Make an appointment with Dr. Khatib and see what you think. She seems very on the ball and has a lot of good suggestions.
If you are looking for integrative care, we love Dr Sunil Pai. He is located off of Paseo Del Norte. FYI, he does not take insurance. Also, for integrative care consider UNM Center for Life, they take insurance and are also helpful.
If you can afford to travel there, M.D. Anderson(Houston) does a great job of working with your local oncologist for care implementation. They recommend a treatment plan, and you can get it locally.
I hope this helps! Prayers and get well wishes!
(Confession, as a caregiver, I like UNM Cancer Center. It is easy to get to from the highway and I love that I can order a healthy smoothie or salad to eat while I sit with my husband, Dr Khatib seems like she is on the go and aggressive with cancer and this makes me like her)
Excellent! Thank you very much for your time and input. I will check out Dr. Khatib.
I've been to NMCC in the past, but came to Christus because fatigue of driving down to ABQ took a toll. I stayed with Christus because I was on cruise control on Xtandi (without ADT) having done a fine job for 9 years. However, that is failing and I've found Christus lacking a more cutting edge MO in the area of PCa.
Recently, I've met with Dr. Matthew Rettig, an MO at UCLA and Dr. Kishan, a RO also at UCLA. I really liked them both. They are recommending SBRT to a couple lymph nodes that lit up on my recent PSMA scan. But, this gets expensive. Still working this angle.
