Question about work the day of OAR, etc.

I am getting the gold and the oar placed in the afternoon next week. What is the comfort level a few hours after? I am due to work (a private consultant) about 4 hours later. I can manage discomfort but can't risk incontinence. I'm not incontinent now.

I could work after a transrectal biopsy . The post-biopsy discomfort was negligible (until sepsis put me in ICU).

Any experiences to report?

I had the placement of Barrigel prior to SBRT under local anesthesia. No problems or pain afterward. I was instructed to take anti-anxiety medication prior to the procedure, so I didn’t drive home.
