After 3 years my PSA went from 20.3 μg/L down to 0.02 μg/L and Testosterone from 438.04ng/dL down to 60.57 ng/dL 🙈🙉🙊.

How much longer do I have to wait for a more normal Testosterone Totale. I like my PSA that low but a little bit higher. Recently I fell and broke 6 ribs on the right side.

I read you bio and parts of your previous posts, and I am so sorry for all you have had to face !!!!! Who woudn't be depressed !!!!!!!! I only hope you have one or more persons who are in close contact with you....you don't mention any family or friends ? Having even one such person can make a tremendous difference I believe. That's what I found during my bachelorhood until age 42.....then I lucked out with a wonderful woman ....also have a very good relationship with sister, and several friends.

Now, from what I understand, your ADT ended 3 years ago, and still your T is below the "norm" range of approx 300-900? What are your Docs saying about this??? Perhaps that low T level is beneficial as far as cancer control...if any still remains..but such a low T level certainly not good for men without PCa...as of course you know. Are the Docs fearful of T boost injections because of the possible remaining PCa...your low PSA indicates there might be none remaining though?

Did you have a base T level measured before your RT-ADT treatment??? I have read that T recovery is more problematic the older the patient is....unsurprising of course!!! Eevrything is more problematic as we age...... I'm in your age group!!!

Another question......I have many....... did you have a DEXA scan to check your bone density prior to RT-ADT? I unfortunately discovered that I am heading for osteoporosis, but not there yet...my DEXA results classified me as "osteopenic" ...thus Iam even more fearful of ADT, which can result in bone density decrease , when I am already at increased risk pre-ADT. Your mention of the 6 fractured ribs triggered my interest!!!! Must have beena horrendous fall.....or very fragile bones, which the DEXA scan would detect!!!! Low T a contributor????
