Reanalysis of Biopsy and switch to AS

I had written in only last week to describe my debate between HIFU and LDR BT. I was diagnosed with G7 (3+4). The comments were helpful. Today I got called after my new urologist had agreed my biopsy should be reexamined. He said their senior person along with the original reader came to a conclusion that the 5% type 4 seen in my biopsy (in the targeted lesion area) was actually 3. I have quite high volume G6 at this point, with 9/12 cores positive and the 5 from the lesion showing 80-100% cancerous. But, the recommendation is now AS. I'm obviously very pleased but 1) concerned that such high volume might not be consistent with AS from what I've read and 2) aware of how important it is to have these biopsies reevaluated as many here have said before.

Epstein at Johns Hopkins is the Gold Standard. No one disputes his lab.

Echoing the comment from TA. It costs 300 dollars. It reminds me that I still have to pay that bill 😀
