Finished 18 months of Eligard early October. How long can I expect to wait before testosterone to increase? Get back to normal?

Up to a year.

Can I start taking testosterone enhancing supplements? Or sildenafil?

Yes. You can even take testosterone replacement therapy, but it's a good idea to see if you can restart your engine naturally first. If you take testosterone it will shut down any natural production.

Try to keep it natural, although if you have a urologist who will prescribe HCG to jump start the pituitary that may help.

Make sure you are as lean and strong as possible. Keeping off extra weight and plenty of exercise will enhance your recovery. Being fat and/or out of shape and not lifting weights is a good way to keep your T from returning. Don’t be that guy!

My 2c is to be patient! 1 year after my last dose ran its course I was still 100% ADT’d! Never knew my T level before being castrated but it took 6 mo’s to get out of that and another 6 mo’s to get into normal (all though low) T levels @ 300. Another year and I’m at 650 which is very good!! Entertained T therapy but decided to let nature take its course for a while and glad I did! Also took the time to monitor my PSA as I rebound slowly! Did’t want to feed the beast if in hiding!!! Good luck!

Thx guys. Can’t wait to at least stop the sweats. Wakes me up at night.

That too shall pass!!! As your T rebounds (some report faster than mine) your andropause side effects should too!
