ADT is similar to a strict, difficult mother-in-law

ADT is similar to a strict, difficult mother-in-law or a picky, cranky father-in-law:

It wears us out and makes us tired.

It wants us go to bed early, and not stay up late.

It wants us to exercise a lot to remain healthy.

It wants us to avoid smoking. (See the ABCDE strategy mentioned by Dr. Alicia Morgans, among others: Awareness, Blood pressure, no Cigarettes, Diet, Exercise. ahajournals.org/doi/full/10...

It wants us to eat a balanced diet, to avoid problems with cholesterol and diabetes.

It wants us to NOT have sex, and it can even reduce the function and size of our "assets."

It wants us to go the doctor more often, for checkups. (I'm going for a T3 check soon, as recommended by NAL).

It raises our blood pressure, if we're not careful.

It nags us every day.

We're thrilled when the visit (treatment) is over.

In summary, I want to extend Dr. Morgans ABCDE strategy, to include an "F," to give ABCDEF.

"F" ADT!

Hope this helps you all laugh.

Thanks to Spouse21, for suggesting the "father-in-law" note
