I understand that PSMA technology fda.gov/news-events/press-a... is not useful for patients with post prostatectomy PSAs below 0.2. Mine is 0.02. Does anyone know of any use for very low PSA patients with aggressive cancer (high Gleeson)?

Your PSA is 'undetectable (0.0x) - there is NO point in doing a PET scan at this point in time.

You wouldn't see any tangible results (what do you think you are measuring ?).

IF / when you show a BCR, then it will become a valuable diagnostic tool .....

I understand that the PSMA PET technology is currently not capable of accurately distinguishing between PET system noise from tumor metastasis signal at PSAs lower than 0.4. Just wanted to be sure I was not missing anything with current new technology developments.
