Last summer during a regular annual physical which found an asymmetry hardness on my prostrate and trip to urologist with subsequent biopsy that showed a Gleeson 4+4=8 in one sample and a 4.4 PSA. After consults with several different types of oncologists, I decided on IMRT (radiation); 45 treatments with last on Feb. 2nd. Last week my PSA was 0.43 and urologist said it would probably go down to 0 within year or so. I'm glad that I chose IMRT.
