Yes. He was “too busy” getting ready to go to Mexico to visit docs office to discuss the TURP prior to the procedure.

Personally, if I was the doc, and he pulled that on me, I would have sent him off to Mexico without the TURP along with his “swollen” prostate to have fun.

But you do ejaculate. Into the bladder. Turp, green light laser, etc. And after treatment for prostate cancer, there may be no ejaculate to ejaculate. And the orgasms probably will feel different. Be happy that modern technology improved urination or that the cancer may be cured. Maybe no external ejaculation, but quality of life, length of life, is more important. Also, may I add as a retired MD who has given informed consent talks with numerous patients, many patients do NOT remember (or understand) what I told them before I did the procedure. This is true of patient's families also. You may think you were not told but you were. I suggest recording the "talk" and listening to it after you get home. Some doctors are recording what they said for legal protection. WD Snodgrass was in a hurry, didn't want to see the doctor in person, so just what did he hear, what does he remember. Really?
