However is this implantation bleeding ? I have never had this before I’m due on my period in 7 days normally I start my period when it says I meant to in my app and I have the normal symptoms headache tender breast etc but never no bleeding before hand I think I may have convinced on my highest fertile days as this happened 7 days after my highest fertile day but it only lasted 2 hours every time I went to the toilet and wiped they was these tiny light pink dots of blood and nothing else after that they are very hard to see but I have circled them if I have conceived I will be 3 days pregnant which I will not have any normal symptoms of pregnancy until later on so I can’t actually tell please can someone help

It could be and the timing would be about right. The only ways to tell are to do a pregnancy test (this early, FRERs/the pink dye ones would probably be sensitive enough) and then keep testing for a few days if it's negative at first. Or you could get a blood test to check if there's any HCG being produced.
