Hello all, I'm a single parent to two young girls already but my new partner and I just found out Im Pregnant and with twins, now he has flat out refused to be supportive and even accused me of cheating.

I’m so sorry to hear about the way your partner is being. You know from having your girls that it’s not easy but you can do it. If you Google single parenting support you’ll find loads of stuff such as gingerbread. Take care of yourself <3

I’m a firm believer that every child is here for a reason, regardless of circumstances. I had to raise 3 by myself without any help from the father. It isn’t easy. But it’s also not impossible! Find family or friends, church, community resources and never feel bad for asking for help! It takes a village! Be strong in your belief in yourself. Kids don’t need everything, they just need you to give them a safe and happy loving relationship. Nothing is perfect, so forget perfection. Figure out what’s a priority and focus on those things. I wish fathers were all supportive. Just don’t let it take the love and joy away from you and yours. Find people who are. Focus on the real important things, the things you have rather than the things you don’t. I will pray you find that balance. Wishing you the best!
