I went on a bike ride today, it was cloudy to start but then the beautiful sun came out. I cycled 25.072 miles.

How often do you bike or work out, or walk Alicia, every day?

As often as I can. I'd love to do it every day but I can't. For instance this week I'm childminding my eldest granddaughter one day then helping my daughter with the youngest ones injection the following day. My motto is 'if you don't use it you'll lose it's. Also, it keeps my mental health in check which is so important.😊👍

Thank you. It was a beautiful afternoon,I even sat in the garden drinking a coffee with hubby this afternoon.

Seeing your photos reminds me of my beautiful Essex Miss Molly. I'm waiting for her lambs to arrive and can then post photos. Yesterday it was 20c and today will be 22c. Plus there was a frost last night! Good walking/cycling!

Aw, how gorgeous is Miss Molly. Oh please do share photos of her lambs when they arrive, I'd really love to see them Diana. It's been around 16c here today, we had more sun this morning. We had a dew last night but no frost.

It was lovely and warm here this morning but if in the coastal breeze it was cool, it does tend to be cooler on the coast. It has been wonderful still being in March.👍🌈

I'm jealous. As soon as we get through mud and sugar season, I will be out again on my e bike. It will be another 2 weeks. Beautiful pics.

Not long to wait for you then before you get out on your bike. The e bikes are very good, I've seen a fair few people riding them lately.

Thank you, it really is a lovely road to ride on. Oh not so good with all that pollen around, my hubby suffers with hayfever so not so good.

My favorite season.... please say a prayer for our daughter who has Parkinson’s ...she is going on Thursday to be evaluated for the deep brain stimulation surgery. Doc thinks that is the next step. No more meds can be of any help. I know it has been successful for many PWP but I’m very anxious and nervous..😟

It's a fantastic season. Oh I certainly will it's awful seeing a loved one with it, I remember my dad with it but to have a daughter, someone younger than you and your child, no matter how old they are. My prayers are with your daughter and I fully understand how anxious and nervous you are. Being a parent is never easy at the best of times but when your offspring have an illness it's even harder.
