Interesting. I am of a curious nature. Will look up anything that puzzles me. Knowledge enriches us certainly, but sometimes we can be mislead or overwhelmed by too much information. I suppose open hearted is the key word here.Thing is though, we are not responsible for other people's ignorance. I have experienced subtle stigma in my broad local community for years, and been totally misunderstand. I just wish I could change their ignorance.
They would have no idea that I'm an articulate person who feels things very deeply. It would seem it doesn't occur to them. For my part, I wonder what goes on in their heads. In my opinion, they are the ones with the warped thinking, not me.
Good observation, I think openhearted is the key phrase here as well... it has been my experience that each individual has their own warp... including me. we have substantial reasons/experience that created or at least contributed to our warps. living in peace with all of the warps makes the term open-hearted very significant to me. When I remember someone is warped their words and actions are more easily heard and less likely to harm. I like being heard just as much as they do. I mean no harm as they do... I give them that as I hope I am given that.
