Having read the wise words of great wisdom in "The Tao of PoOH"... Ok can recall reading that it was a good day to eat honey.... Because....well because today was a Thursday!!! Well any day can be Thursday!! I agree with that 👍🥰
Absolutely Poppy_the_cat. They always have the toughest of jobs to do, but are now so overburdened and must be so tired and fed up. Yet they are always there working really hard and doing their best! 🙏

They must be in despair. It must be sheer Hell, to be so close to such suffering, to put themselves in such danger but to selflessly keep going when they themselves must be fit to drop... And to experience the emotional loss of losing .... I think of these heroic people all the time. Their sacrifice is beyond measure...
We should all be sending positive thoughts to these wonderful people wherever they are toiling!

I recently heard the comments of one particularly obnoxious, fascist eugenicist actor who shall remain nameless, whose comment that if the NHS was failing miserably to cope with flu then if was not fit for purpose, or such hollow, vile words to such effect, that if has left me beyond enraged. I am sickened to the core.
Some aspect of humanity are so alien to me, that I clearly inhabit a different world.
We must all contribute all our positive thoughts and actions to help those fighting this treacherous virus, irrispective of creed or colour.

Hi Poppy. Yes some people are beyond contempt. I find a lot of people in the public eye come out with these statements to try to remain relevant, quite tragic and pretty disgusting also. Interesting to see what their thoughts would be if they ended up on a ventilator.
I totally agree!!! They should have their name and number taken only to be put to the bottom of the list!!Sometimes I despair at the lack of humanity in some folk and wonder what chunks of empathy they are missing in their DNA!

Thank you!! I agree! Several in our family, are medical doctors, on the front lines, in COVID ICU units, and it has been a nightmare for them! They, along with many other health care providers, around the world, need to be supported, by Citizenry!!
