Hi well I don't make them as they just break, but I was thinking I need to be less dependant on here, and I was going to go to sleep after my drink had cooled and not come on as know it keeps my mind to alert bit as I was out the bed I picked my phone up I had been listening to music on magic channel for about half hour too to relax me to sleep but then I ended up thinking about my dad and crying so I got up for a chamomile tea many I shouldav got something stronger to knock me out, I'm also upset as went to my house today and when there this morning it looked nice and I felt ok about going back but after my ordeal in park when I went back it feels like not my home not somewhere I want to be but I've no furnicture or heat on maby that make difference and my phone blocked me out I had no contact with outside world sorry for going on xx☹️
To let go of a lot of stuff that I don’t need or use!
I am not making any. I have a lot of ongoing stuff with processing and resolving PTSD related things. That's necessarily been my focus for several months and it will be going forward. I hope anyone who does make resolutions has success.

that sounds really interesting, can you do all that from home on your own? what toys will you be making and how will you be selling them? It's very difficult to become a real paid writer, have you got an agent or are you selling freelance articles to magazines and newspapers with your own website? I have done a lot of both.
I don't generally make new year resolutions as they set me up for failure, but this year I have decided on a small change. I'm going to try to look more closely at the little pleasures there are in every day which often go unnoticed. Things like the happiness of hearing my cat purring or the pleasure in drinking that first tea or coffee of the day. I'm going to jot down in my diary whatever it was that I managed to notice! I think that, like diary writing or journal keeping it'll be really simple at first but I wonder how long before the bigger things in life swallow me up and just like every year I'll forget to do it! 😊
It's these tiny pleasures that make life worth living, they cost nothing and you can be certain of them .
