Recovery? Possibly? Probably even. This is to celebrate that today it is one Year since I voided in the wrong place. Before, the longest was ten weeks. No more pain. No more being taken short unexpectedly. Dr Mosley advocates eating normal sized meals but incorporating food from all over the world so that your biome becomes as diverse as possible

The clever guts diet

During lockdown I was able to follow his instructions to the letter and after a week I knew something good was happening to my body. After more than forty years I feel like a healthy woman.

This man deserves the Nobel prize for physiology and medicine.
