Dear 4woody,
I knew an Indian man, some years ago, he was a Senior Line Manager for the Company I worked for- I was Quality Control and, as such, had 'many dealings' with this man.
Rod (real name Ramesh) had a really lovely theory, as to Why there were so many Gods/ Deities. One God, whatever you call him/ know him by, sees a Problem in an area and 'Sends Someone' to assist His people. Following Rod's 'Train Of Thought' then Moses, Jesus, Krishna, Mohamed, Gushnoo (I think that's right, anyone?) and ALL the other 'Prophets' throughout History Come from the same Eternal God.
I have to say that, over time, Rod and I developed a Very Great Respect, for each other. I very much appreciated, his 'Wealth Of Knowledge', regarding the job- he had 'worked his way up, from Process Worker to Manager. Rod came to Respect 'My Desire To Help, Not Hinder, Wherever Possible'. Along with Rennie, the Senior Production Line Supervisor, we made a 'Formidable' Team.
So DO have 'Faith', my friend... I'm a Confirmed Christian myself- although I haven't been To Church, since COVID. I Do still 'keep in touch', with the Church Family though.... I honestly think we Miss each other. A friend, some years ago now, belonged, to a, Sons Of David 'Forum', which encompassed Jews, Christians and Muslims. According to my friend, some 'Very Lively' discussions could occur... All in the Spirit Of Co-Operation. I'm sending my Love, to ALL, this year in particular.
