Oh my goodness, Hb2003, You poor poor dear!!!! What's not to like about okra????? If too slimy, slice and coat with corn meal and toss in a hot skillet....cruchy gooooooood! LOL But then I'm from the U.S. South and we also make a tradition of eating Black Eyed Peas on New Year's Day for a new year of Good Luck. Would you believe that in some parts of the U.S., folk actually feed these delectable pea morsels to their cattle???? Just no understanding some folks, right? Smiles
