Thank you for all your replies about my electrical problems, think I'm starting to get it sorted, yesterday I had a brainwave, no heating or hot water, 1 part of cooker not working, the cooker element has blown, googled it and everything ties in, sent out a couple of contact us forms to get it sorted, and from what I've read, when that's done the heating and hot water will sort themselves out

Another problem is now in the ongoing folder, couple of weeks ago had a glaucoma check, all OK back in 6 mths. Few days later copy of GP letter arrived, current meds 2 I'm on also a third one which was discontinued May 2019!!! Drops weren't even discussed at the appointment, the one glaucoma drop is working really well. Emailed support nurse and asked her to to ensure GP doesn't prescribe it as I clearly don't need it.

Today get a text from Boots saying prescription is ready, rang them, yes it's the discontinued drops also a different dry eye drop which isn't even mentioned in the hospital letter, at the moment I'm not going to ask my sister to collect it as I feel they're not needed
