Hi everyone,
I made these for the weekend. (They are flour, vegan spread, sugar, bicarb, baking powder, vinegar).
They are not particularly healthy but I’ve been making cakes once a week during lockdown 😳 I added some coffee and cocoa to the sponge mix to make them mocha. 😋
