Hi CCPM, I hadn't heard of this, so I just went to take a look. I see that it is only partly free to use and that flags up some concerns for me. I haven't looked at the nuts and bolts of it, but with apps/websites of this 'freemium' type, it does tend to be the case that the best bits of it will require you to take out a paid subscription.

Its stated aim is to 'build greater resilience by providing effective tools and programs to improve emotional wellbeing.'

I think I'd rather look for free resources and explore other more reliable methods of improving my wellbeing. Is this about improving wellbeing, or a big profit for someone?

It's a website with some free options that are designed to "help people overcome negative thoughts and handle stress better." I was getting a bit overwhelmed because there are so many options, but I decided to just go to Instant Play and skip the other stuff for now. I like Instant Play -- especially the Serenity Scenes and Negative Knockout (a video game where you destroy negative thoughts). I thought I'd reach out here to see if anyone could share other info about the website. This is a very good place for getting lots of input. :)

Hi CCPM I would suggest the Insight Timer app. You can skip the subscription and go for the many free useful "Insights" and guided meditations on Stress, Anxiety and Mindfullness.

I personally got a lot from it, l hope you do to.
