I cope the same as I did before imposed isolation. Staying connected by people and internet. Online coaches for structured days extra rest. Canine companion. Meals on wheels and Netflix.

For people with chronic illness self isolation will not make much difference for some as people with chronic illness and invisible disability restrictions are a normal part of life. Now other people might give a thought to those with long term chronic conditions. Yes, Netflix is great. 👍👍👍
