Has anyone/everyone seen this very important video:

https//Vimeo.com/399733860

PLEASE download and listen to it all the way through - it contains vital information and uplifting advice and encouragement about Covid19.

It’s posted by a front line hospital doctor and what he says makes real sense.

I’ve already uploaded it to the Afib Association site and thought it might have automatically come over here ( I’m a newbie and still not very clued up about how this all works).

The ability to reply to this post has been turned off.

Thank you Jerry, I felt unconfident about posting this and on the Afib site I also posted about how to train yourself not to touch your face. It’s a game changer as the doctor conveys , but we do it automatically. I have not touched my face with my hands without washing them first since I read the post. If everybody avoided touching their faces without first washing hands, almost everybody would be very unlikely to be infected with Covid 19,

It’s also a very moving video, I thought.

It always makes me sad when I hear "don't touch your face". I know this is just for people like me who have Cervical Dystonia and not anyone else. We have to touch our face it is the only way we can walk. For most of us we use nerves on our face to give signals to our brain to release us from our current neck spasm. I know it is weird but we all do it. So for me I have worn a mask for the last five years especially during flu season because my hand is almost hundred percent of the time attached to my face or at least my chin it is the only way I can walk otherwise I fall down. I know like I said even as I type this I realize how crazy this disease of Dystonia that I have is. For the rest of you yes do not touch your face.
