Lots in today’s forum about diet. Thanks to this forum I started low carb immediate and have lost 10 pounds! Lots of internet ads about low carb bread etc. has anyone tried please?

Personally I can't see the point - but then, I always prefered the sandwich filling to the container anyway!! As I am very picky about bread, I like to keep bread as a very special treat and take it out of my carb allowance when doing low carb. None of the substitutes taste like decent crusty bread!!!
I suppose it depends what you want to use it for really. There are some interesting solutions on online sites that are low carb if you want a replacement for a roll - putting the filling in a wrap for example.
I have tried loads of different recipes with varying degrees of success but the one I now make all the time is Keto Homemade Soft Seed Bread from the Diet Doctor. I make 1.5 times the recipe and split into two loaf tins. I slice it and put in the freezer. It is easy to make, you are just mixing all the ingredients together and throw it in a tin. Tip, don’t use full quantity of butter/oil as it makes it too soft and difficult to cut without breaking. The two loaves will last me a month so worth the effort, I will probably continue making this bread when I’m off the devil pills.
