I have been prescribed 70g of AA, is this a strong dose, I thought I saw somebody on a lot less dose, Does it mean I have osteoporosis quite bad, I’m going to ask my doctor to explain the numbers (which I don’t have) just read about it on here.

That is the standard dose - 70mg once a week or 10mg per day.
