Julia Hough one of our trustees ran the 5K Great South Run in Portsmouth recently: she wrote:

Managed to do it in 35 minutes and 4 seconds and ran all the way. 3kms was running into a force nine gale!They give you a chip to attach to your trainer so you get a spot on time. Had to soak sock in water when i got home as welded to gammy toe,nice!
