Free Mindfulness Course

I stumbled upon this absolutely free mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) course. It includes material from some well known practitioners. It's meant to be done over eight weeks, or longer. Seriously, no catch. It's free!palousemindfulness.com/

My therapist just recommended this to me last week. I’m at the end of “week 1” and it is an excellent resource. My mindset has already began to change. In addition to this, I’d like to recommend the book “Full Catastrophe Living (Revised Edition): Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain, and Illness”.

Thanks. Full Catastrophe Living is on my list. Right now I’m reading Michael Singer’s Living Untethered.
