Does anybody know if it is possible that this only affects you when you go to bed at night? After 5 to 10 minutes of laying down, I begin to get a tingling sensation from my hip to my knee. I often feel like I need to stretch or foam roll for temporary relief, though once I lay down again the sensations start again.I'm up until 3am some nights and am really struggling. My GP has no idea and my Physio too.

Any advice? Im thinking it is nerve related.

T-Gee, I'm not familiar with your condition, but since I have similar discomfort with sciatica, I thought I'd share. I use CBD lotion, on my hip, buttocks, and shins for pain relief. When purchasing, try to find a product with 600mg of CBD. It may not remove all the discomfort, but you will be able to sleep. Takes about 15 minutes to kick in. I buy the product on-line.
