endometriosis ?

for the last few years I have had sharp stabbing groin pain moving down my upper thigh and sometimes to my foot. I get sensitivity to touch on my thighs when I have flares which happen during ovulation and before my period. I also have stabbing upper abdominal pains (no pattern to the abdominal pain) however it is tolerable but the pelvic pain will keep me up at night. I am waiting for pelvic mri results back. Anyone have similar symptoms ?

Yea I get similar, but I can’t help you in terms of a diagnosis- I would be interested in how your results come back in case it’s something I could look into

do you get both groin pain and abdominal pain or just one of them?

Both and down inside leg. I do find yoga can ease a bit of the pain though
