Hey y’all I hope you guys are well I just had a quick question for you I’m kind of confused so long story short I lifted some thing heavy a few weeks ago and it’s all gone downhill from there I’ve seen a specialist they’ve put a camera inside my bladder they said your bladder is fine it’s like physically I feel fine down there is where I don’t feel fine every time I walk I feel the sensation that I have to go pee and empty my bladder so pretty much every time I walk I have to pee I feel a sensation and it’s all weird they did a CAT scan the CAT scan was fine so now the doctor wants to do an MRI because he said an MRI would show things further now my biggest fear is that I will never be able to walk normal again without having to pee so I mean the doctor says no one can stay like that and you know that’s not ever going to happen to anyone but it’s just like I want answers has anybody gone through this where they walk and they have to pee and then it’s like it’s just crazy if anybody has gone through this or a similar situation please let me know what happened and how it went for you I’d appreciate it much love to everybody I hope God heals you …

You might have a slight prolapse. I would look into what is available (courses, books, exercise options) to go Kegals now. You might be able to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles enough to prevent it getting worse. The sooner the better. If you lift anything, first pull up your pelvis floor muscles then lift! I have used a small machine with a probe for about 5 years and I’m very happy with the results. It’s called Kegal 8. You have to put in the time for the first 4-6 weeks but then do it less often to maintain.
