Had my first baby and 2 month on I have very limited mobility due to having spd a d being left untreated to week 32 and then bed bound till week 37. Has anyone had similar experience and anything that helped get you moving. However I had a c section too and unable to feel when I need to wee .

You poor love.Do ask your Dr asap- ask for a female as they will be more knowledgeable.Do you have a health visitor also to ask for advice and help?Get as much practical help around the house as possible ie: friends and family.
