Yes definitely. I am supported by my specialist bladder/bowel physio who had various pads to show me to see which I would prefer.I use I d light pads and they are super absorbent which is great absolutely no leakage. It gives me confidence when I go out ,knowing that they are absorbent enough until I find a toilet to use..

Best thing ever is that the pads are free on the NHS which for me is great as I go through a lot of pads a day.

Thank you. I'm using the supermarket ones just now. If I cough then there is leakage. And as I have a cold there is a lot of coughing ! I just don't want to be a smelly old lady.My bladder doesn't seem to empty fully, hence the leakage.

Hi just to let people know pads are only free on the NHS if you use alot of them. I know this as my elderly mother needed them. She had severe dementia. If you arent using about 7 or 8 pads daily you have to pay for them. This is probably to save money. When you are assessed for pads certainly dont underestimate your usage is my advice.
