Has anyone with problems with prolapsed abdominal organs tried Maya Abdominal Massage? It is a non-invasive way to release fascia and help reposition organs. You also get taught to do your own daily massage. It may mean you avoid surgery.

i have a prolase badder since janauary 2020 and my dr booked me in for a emergency op up to now i had pressy ring in and im still waiting on aportment to say what as prolased my abdemon aches and my bowel are playing up im sure this is to do with my prolapes and iv event got headaches . do you know if it can cause you abdemon to ace and feel pain there and headache

I don't have those symptoms. If you are interested and you can find a good practitioner they should be able to advise you.
