Has anyone experienced a period delay after having done a pudendal block? My period is usually 28 days, and I'm currently at my 44th day... pretty sure I'm not pregnant

I think it could happen. I had the complete reverse happen.
I was in agony from pudendal nerve entrapment and I hadn’t had a period in months. I was 53 at the time and I was sure I was menopausal. I had a terrific nerve block and I menstruated. After that, no more periods.
At 61, I had a laparoscopy to remove my Fallopian tubes. The gynaecologist found endometriosis all over my right ureter! So, anything can happen.
