After a few years of heavy bleeds, now under control, this past few weeks I had symptoms that pointed towards UTI and then IBS. After a few episodes of stabbing pain in my pelvis and a very achy back I went for a private scan. NHS slammed atm and I was torturing myself. So the sonographer report states 2 possible causes. Degenerating leiomyoma or cystic endosalpingiosis? No blood supply to it. Its located at the top of my uterus. Calling GP in the morning. Anyone have any experience or thoughts? Much Appreciated
