Virtual Consultation with Drs in Nantes

Hi, I'm due to have a virtual consultation with the Drs in Nantes later this month to discuss my pudendal neuralgia that I have had for nearly three years. However I haven't really had any instructions on how to do this eg whether I need to download an app. or software to my phone or whether I need to register on a site etc. I did try to register on a site but they wanted a French equivalent NI number which I don't have as I am English so I couldn't register. I have sent a couple of emails asking how this will be enabled but they still haven't got back . I was just wondering if anyone in the UK had been through this process and could please explain how this works. Many thanks.

I will ask Judy our CEO if she knows what software to download. Is it a virtual face to face or a telephone consultation? There are a few people on here who have had a consultation during COVID so hopefully they might have a bit more of an idea. But I will ask and hopefully Judy will get back to me before your appt

I’ve just heard back from Judy. The app they use is call Medaviz. It’s available on the Apple store and I’m assuming it’s available on Google apps. I hope this helps you. Good luck with your appt later this month

Thanks I think it is a virtual consultation rather than phone call. I will try and download the app at the weekend
