Exercise after pelvic pain under control

I have always been an active person walking, road biking, being outdoors, exercising. For the past two years I have not been able to do anything because of pelvic pain. I've been going to PT and now will start suppositories to manage the pain and hopefully get everything under control. Has anyone been able to get their life back? Go back to exercising without worrying about pain? I've been mentally struggling with all if this. So much so I'm on anti anxiety/depressants. Is it possible to go to the gym, bike, etc? Not doing anything is really messing me up.

I am the same so I have been doing chair excersises with mr motivator online and short walks with lots of bed rest to stay pain free. I am still waiting for a scan since last year. I hope you find what works for you big hugs and good luck 😊

Hi Cat1866, I had similar issues at the beginning. I just built up my exercising slowly and now I can do quite a lot pain free. I started with doing short walks (no hills) and just building up the length of time I did them for. Then I introduced hills and then I started DCT. I do however avoid cycling still or going to the gym, as not quite ready for that yet and no that cycling is the worse thing for increasing pelvic floor tension.
