Rectal pressure, tailbone pain, and uterus.

Looking for anyone whose uterus may be positioned the same as this. It is retroverted but looks to be pushing onto the tailbone. I cannot see my rectum (neither can a spinal consultant of which the MRI was carried out for) he has said it does look very low. This MRI was in a seated position but this is where I get my pain.

It feels like I have a tennis ball shoved in my rectum, the pressure is unbearable. It makes me feel sick and my abdomen feels kicked from the inside out.

Anyone's thoughts greatly received.

Thanks
