I have the burning pain when I walk to much and lift anything. The only thing that helps is bed rest for me. I have just started HRT. I feel for you sending hugs

I find coconut oil very soothing several times a day and anesthetic gel.Or Nurophen and paracetamol if it gets too bad.Sara

I feel for you too.You must try to learn to pace yourself. In the past 18 months I have frequently overdone walking, lifting or physical tasks then paid for it by being in agony the days following.Do less or break tasks down in smaller bits and rest or sit or lie down when you need to.

It's been many years since I had a hysterectomy but I do remember in the early months getting a burning pain and thinking something was wrong. I go checked and Dr said to "go home and forget it" which didn't help. But it did go away after awhile. Think all tissues have to settle down and find new normal. I've never had any trouble since but I do take minimum prescription of HRT. Hope you are pain free soon.Sometimes it takes awhile
