Has anyone here tried red light therapy? If so, what were your experiences. There are so many devices, each one seems to have a slightly different nm range. I've seen devices from 660 & 850 to 620, 670, 760, 830nm. There's even one with 670 & 810. And, I'm sure many more. Is there research on which one is best and for what? It's quite confusing and these devices are very expensive.

Red light therapy—- how is that used plz? I’m waiting for my Urogyn to get Solatherapy started!! Google/search for it, seriously sounds like the deal for me with all the pudental pain I have!! Solatherapy is based out of Kansas City, Kansas or maybe it’s Missouri. Anyway, let me know about this red light stuff you speak of! 🤷♀️
Hiya, after looking up what Solatherapy is, it's more-or-less the same. It's red light that helps treat the area. There's no research around PN and red light therapy, none. So, please be aware. Best of luck though. I'm going to be making a longer post re red light and PN/pelvic pain asap for others.

I bought a small red light unit from a Hammacher Schlemmer catalog and used it every evening for about ten minutes for a couple weeks. I feel that it did reduce my rectal pain. I think it was about $200.00. I was pretty desperate, so I ordered it. They have a great return policy had I decided not to keep it. Abdominal breathing, a good pelvic floor physical therapist, watching my diet and using a moisturizer for female parts are what has worked best for me. I feel for you and hope you find help and relief soon.
